Shipping & Delivery:
What is the delivery time after placing an order?
After placing an order, the order will be processed. The delivery time is 1 to 4 working days (Monday - Saturday).
How can I track my order during shipment?
When the order is shipped, a Track & Trace number is sent by e-mail. Click on the attached Track & Trace number so you can find out where your package is.
Return & refund:
How do I return an item?
Within 14 days after ordering, you can return or exchange undamaged, clean, unworn items. Please contact us (info@pascommelesautres.com) and ask for the return form. The return form will then be sent to you by e-mail. The entire order amount including the original shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days after the return is received. However, SALE items cannot be returned. The costs for return shipment are for your own account.
Can I exchange an item?
Within 14 days of ordering, you can return or exchange undamaged, clean, unworn items. Please contact us (info@pascommelesautres.com) and ask for the return form. The return form will then be sent to you by e-mail. The entire amount of the order including shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days after the return is received. However, SALE items cannot be exchanged. To receive the desired article, please place a new order.
My article is damaged
Our products are carefully checked for any errors. Should there nevertheless be a problem, please contact us by e-mail (info@pascommelesautres.com). We will deal with the problem and inform you within 2 working days about the next steps to take.

Explanation of ordering and payment process
If you have found an article that you would like to order, you can put it in the shopping cart. Here you get the opportunity to pay directly or to continue shopping.
Do you want to pay immediately? Then fill in your personal details and the delivery address. Then you can choose your desired payment method (Bancontact, Ideal, Mastercard, Visa).
Shortly after paying you will receive a confirmation email with order number. The order will be processed and you will receive a new email with Track & Trace attached. This allows you to follow your order. Your order will be delivered within 1-4 working days (Monday - Saturday).
